This multi-family housing development will result in the development of what used to be a completely overlooked lot. This 7-story project was able to utilize state laws and density bonuses in order to maximize the project’s height and unit density. At its completion, the project will host 83 studios for rent and a ground floor commercial space to help activate the neighborhood.
